The marble and limestone building stood behind a courtyard, which stood behind a large wrought iron gate with two ivory pieces that appeared to be handles.
Behind the gate stood a glorious courtyard of many colors, the plants were extremely well tended too. No weeds, no dead flowers. The most common color of flower in the courtyard was red. The reds were often surrounded with periwinkles, and pale orange-pink combinations. There were several small ponds some with small waterfalls. There were six large willow trees in the courtyard spread out amongst the ponds and plant life. To protect the plants from unwary feet there were several beautiful cobble stone paths, on of them, leading up to a grand set of woven willow branch double doors. Each one of the doors bore half and emblem carved into large wooden circled woven into the door.
The other side of the door was a grand marble and limestone entrance chamber bearing way to two sets of stairs leading up to the second floor of the large stone villa. Straight ahead and ornate door set into a curved wall could be seen. The curved wall indicated the room beyond the door was circular to some degree at least on this side. Two hallways lead off on each side making their rounds about the circular house and meeting on the far side. The second floor seemed to be almost identical in design, just smaller giving the house a layered cake effect on the outside.
Lelana and Hvit sat out in the courtyard, it was not very often the pale creatures ventured beyond its wrought iron safety. Nor did they want to leave the master unattended. The pair seemed to be bickering about something.
In the Center courtyard Marcus slept soundly. the room, was circular and always seemed too carry the mornings golden glow. The roof of the inner courtyard was a huge golden glass like dome, which bore many a navy blue vine which snaked about the beautiful room and over the light stained light amber walls and down into the venter shallow pool, which also bore an amber liquid, and in the center of that pool lay Marcus. His violently red hair freely shifting in the amber liquid. His form was motionless, his eyes lidded, arms slightly out from his sides, palms to the sky, about his wrists ankles waist, and supporting his shoulders ever so slightly were the navy blue vines. The very same vines which pushed up through his back, and upon his chest bloomed a navy blue and white flower. The flower had only bloomed upon his chest in the last couple of years, and none of the remaining Walravens knew anything of it. Marcus was uncannily beautiful, He had long red hair, almost as long he his whole six foot length, he was slender, not horribly muscular at all. He was built like an elf, his face sharp and angular, but with fair skin and thin lips. And there he slept, unchanged for nearly two centuries, in the completely undisturbed liquid amber.
